Conditions for renting cabins and apartments
Booking Conditions
- Check-in from 15:00pm the day of arrival.
- Check-out by 11:00pm the day of departure.
- Towels and bed-sheets are included in the price.
- The Tenant attaches to equipment and fixtures, and if anything gets damaged. Missing/damage must immediatley be reported to the reception.
- On the day of departure, the cabin/apartment must be left in good conditions and the dishwasher must be put on. All garbage must be desposited at the designated location. The Tenant is responsible of cleaning during the stay.
- If the requirements in number 5 are not fulfilled, the tenant must pay for extra cleaning with a hourly rate, NOK 500,- per hour.
- If you are bringing dog, you are obliged to let us know when ordering, as not all our cabins/apartments are allowed to have animals. In addition, there is a fee of NOK 500,- for extra cleaning.
Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation made later than 14 days before the arrival, the entire fee must be payed. You can buy a cancellation protection when ordering. Price NOK 300,- per day. It is than possible to cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival.
- Check-out before the expiry of the rental period does not require any refund of the agreed rental amount.
- When issuing a paper invoice, there will be an invoice fee of NOK 85,-.
